About the Job

The Lifetime Value Co. is looking for a Programmatic Strategist to support the RTB optimization and strategy for the Programmatic Display Team. This remote-friendly role drives strategy, execution, and improvement of ad-exchange media buying for all of LTV’s brands.

What You Will Get to Do

  • Support planning, buying, and optimization of programmatic media across a portfolio of brands and campaigns.
  • Implement best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations, and reporting.
  • Support the documentation of optimizations and learnings.
  • Educate internal teams/employees on campaigns, tests, results, and optimizations.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve brand performance, supporting strategies with data-driven results.
  • Brainstorming and creating new display ads for any brand/channel and sharing those ideas and results with the team.

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 1-3 years of hands-on programmatic buying and/or planning experience.
  • Proven ability to drive programmatic performance: specifically direct response campaigns.
  • Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments.
  • Advanced user of at least one DSP: AdWords is a bonus.
  • Preference to work on the disruptive side of the business, with new technology, innovation, and testing.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimizations.
  • Strong familiarity with ad operations and campaign management (e.g. tagging, ad-servers, ad trafficking).
  • Strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, attention to detail, innovation, and communicative teamwork are imperative to this role and are what all prospective Programmatic Strategists must embody.
