In this exciting role at LTV, you will be responsible for helping grow one of our brands by being at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and testing. You will lead a fast-paced team of designers, developers, BI, and QA who run experiments that help acquire customers while maintaining positive user experience. You will get to work with the latest analytics tools and A/B (Multivariate) testing technology to make data-driven decisions and then use your creativity to constantly iterate on them. Everything you work on has the potential to impact the entire business in the short and long term. This role is perfect for that rare person who is entrepreneurial, analytical, business-savvy, and interested in technology.

Remote work is an option for this position so feel free to apply if you are outside the Greater New York City Area. We are also looking to fill both Jr. and Mid-level positions. If your years of experience range from 1-4 years, we would love to hear from you.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Hustle - You understand that you can’t just set and forget a product. You sometimes need to get into the weeds to do whatever it takes to succeed.
  • Great communication skills - You can work with designers, developers, writers, and/or marketers. You’re willing to make critiques, edits, and suggestions.
  • Good with numbers - You have a knack for spotting trends and a passion for uncovering data-driven insights.
  • Good written language skills - You have the ability to write compelling web copy that aids user experience and drives sales.
  • A critical eye for detail - You might not be a designer or copywriter, but you can articulate what you like or don’t like about websites, and you understand what sells.
  • The desire to win - You’re interested in constantly improving websites through new features, iteration, A/B testing, and clever experimentation.
  • Understanding User Behavior - You have a knack for knowing the specific word, imagery, or experience that gets a user to do what you want them to.

Very Nice to Have

  • Familiar with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely or Google Optimize
  • Project management experience. Working with JIRA, Agile or similar processes.
  • Familiar with basic coding languages and can edit simple HTML & CSS.
  • History using web analytics tools like GA or marketing analytics tools.
  • Positive attitude. Self-confidence. Easy to work with. A sense of humor.

  • Held a cross-functional role that involved working with multiple teams.
  • Brand or marketing experience. You’ve owned not just a product area, but being responsible for the marketing growth of an entire brand
  • Entrepreneurial experience. You’re the type of person always looking for that next big idea.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
