About the Job

The Lifetime Value Co. is looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to help us continue growing our portfolio of brands by providing exceptional onboarding experiences to our new team members. From the first moment our new hires meet us, we pride ourselves on offering them top-notch service. We are scaling our business at a rapid speed and need someone who is eager to hit the ground running by owning our “White Glove Onboarding” from beginning to end.

As HR Onboarding Specialist you will get to make a meaningful impact in each new employee’s life by mapping out their first 100 days at the company, ultimately paving the way for a successful career at LTV. You will work closely with the rest of the HR Department in order to ensure our new employees feel supported and part of the LTV family. This remote-friendly role exposes you to every facet of our business and you will get to interact closely with people from every department and team. We have a highly communicative and collaborative environment so you won’t have any red tape or bureaucracy to deal with. We get things done!

What You Will Get to Do

  • Work with the HR department and hiring managers to promote an onboarding experience that aligns with LTV’s Core Values
  • Conduct all necessary screenings for new hires (background checks and reference checks)
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters
  • Prepare and oversee all post-offer communication between the company and the new hire
  • Enroll new employees’ into LTV’s HRIS system and perk offerings
  • Ensure all necessary new-hire paperwork is received, executed, and filed
  • Manage company announcements regarding new hire
  • Handle equipment ordering for new hire
  • Own our First 100 Day onboarding/training process from start to finish
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment details
  • Ensure legal compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Assist with special projects as needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of professional HR experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and multi-state HR regulations
  • Previous experience onboarding new employees and handling sensitive information
  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Quick learner and self-starter capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills required
  • A positive attitude and high level of commitment to job duties
  • Polished and professional presentation
  • Professional experience in SaaS/e-commerce industry preferred
