About the Job

The Lifetime Value Co. is looking for a Fraud Product Manager to own and drive all login and account fraud prevention strategies within our organization. You will work closely with Engineering, BI, Customer Support, Compliance, Operations, and others to mitigate potential fraudulent activity in our ecosystem. In this role, you will define the roadmap, build fraud prevention strategies leveraging big data and complex fraud detection algorithms to stop fraudsters in their tracks.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for fraud detection & prevention, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, and who are not afraid to hustle. The ideal candidate will be scrappy, have a bias for action, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning. As a role within a high-growth company, the range of initiatives is dynamic and will provide exposure to multiple areas of the company.

What You Will Get to Do

  • Own the way forward for risk and prevention strategies for login and account fraud
  • Work with a cross-functional team to identify, analyze and prevent fraudulent activities and behavior across our portfolio of brands
  • Apply a data-driven analytical approach to spot and mitigate emerging risks
  • Support compliance and risk-related initiatives including auditing of documentation, risk analysis, and other product due diligence initiatives
  • Understand and analyze industry trends, risk and regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to enhance the company’s fraud prevention program
  • Help scale with a rapidly growing organization, with tons of opportunities for personal and professional growth

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ yrs. of relevant work in product management
  • 3+ yrs. of experience in one or more of the following areas: payments, billing, cybersecurity, account security, chargebacks, credit card fraud, account takeovers, or identity theft
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
  • Intellectually honest. You recognize that you can only solve problems you’re willing to call out
  • Owner’s mindset. You’re a self-starter and get things across the finish line
  • Data-driven. You’re comfortable with using data as a way of looking at a problem, and you’re confident in your ability to pull your own data to analyze a problem. You have experience running A/B tests and making informed, data-driven decisions
