About the Job

LTV is building new brands and expanding existing ones so we are scaling our Email team to keep up with the increased demand. We are looking for an Email Marketing Associate who will be able to work with different verticals and departments within the LTV email ecosystem to create campaigns, optimize, and troubleshoot them. You will get to work with the latest analytics tools and A/B (Multivariate) testing technology to make data-driven decisions and then use your creativity to constantly iterate on them. Everything you work on will impact the entire business in the short and long term. This role is perfect for that unique person who is creative, analytical, business-savvy and is genuinely interested in email.

What You Will Get to Do

  • Develop and execute email strategies for different LTV Brands. This includes communicating with customers at all stages from Leads to Reactivations
  • Own campaign creation, optimization, management, reporting, and testing of your email campaigns
  • Identify trends and develop new insights in customer communications, recommend and execute responses to optimize campaign performance, customer value, and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and build loyalty
  • Oversee email program process and all marketing campaigns by working with key members of the creative, content, marketing, retention, and different brand teams
  • Work with analysts to create and build reports on metric tracking to maintain high inboxing rates
  • Build, maintain, manage and communicate an email roadmap based on strategic business objectives
  • Improve the performance of our existing email marketing efforts primarily via segmentation and A/B testing, all while focusing on creating long-term value and increasing the lifetime value of subscribers
  • Proactively evaluate branding, design, messaging, and functionality to develop the most effective email campaigns

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1+ years of experience in Email Marketing
  • Familiarity with HTML
  • Experience using web and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Positive attitude, self-confidence, easy to work with, a sense of humor
  • Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation
  • Experience with Excel
  • A desire to overperform and a competitive mindset
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud a big plus!
