As Digital PR Specialist, you have a passion for brand building, content marketing, media relations, and outreach. In this remote-friendly position, you’ll work with our inbound marketing team to build out our content marketing strategy to earn digital media placements. If you’re a motivated self-starter eager to make an impact as part of a high-growth team with a proven record of success, then we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Get to Do

Ideation

  • Develop and implement creative content marketing and link-building campaigns.
  • Brainstorm new ideas and provide data analysis on potential campaign success.

Prospecting

  • Identify creative angles to pitch the story, as well as build target media lists to pitch campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM and update prospects based on different stages of link acquisition.

Outreach

  • Cultivate relationships and partnerships with journalists, publishers, and digital influencers.
  • Pitch creative outreach campaign ideas and content initiatives focused on earned media placements.
  • Test and identify best practices for campaign performance, including A/B testing subject lines and improving open and response rates on follow-up emails.
  • Promote high-quality, data-driven campaigns from a proven, successful team process.

Performance Management

  • Measure, analyze, and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1-2 years experience in and/or passion for link building and digital PR.
  • Ability to research and build relationships with websites, publishers and bloggers.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure effective campaign performance.
  • Skilled with relationship management tools such as Buzzstream.
  • Advanced backlink analysis skills using tools such as Ahrefs a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects/tasks.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and constant drive for improvement.
  • Comfortable working across verticals and learning new areas quickly.
